I'd be a hard-hitting tanker*, pure and simple. I've always fancied the idea of being an unstoppable force in a fight. My characters in RPG games invariably end up becoming melee monsters, too, unless i actively deviate from that path, which i usually only do after having made a tanker.
* For you non-initiated, a tanker is a character with heavy armor and tons of health, able to take a lot of punishment, like an actual tank. Often comes with high strength values as well.
