to post this but ive been in toribash a long time but havent gained alot
i have not got a clan dont have any tc or items
if anyone can tell me how to become a admin or moderater that would help

Becoming a moderator, isn't an easy task. Becoming an Admin even harder. Perhaps you should become active here for a good 6 month to a year before even thinking about that.
