If I had the ability to kill them, I would instead rob them, taking their assault of a harmless creature as a sign of their own innate weakness. If they had nothing of value, I would leave them unharmed or slightly injured to avoid legal repercussions. I doubt I would get emotionally involved, in situations like these I look for the outcome that leaves me in the best possible state of affairs. Killing them brings me nothing but experience in killing (which, from the givens, I probably have enough combat experience), and could land me in prison for three murders. At best, I could attempt to plead temporary insanity and be confined to a mental institution for a period.

yeah, i'd definitely kill them. there are a lot of people i would kill for being horrible, stupid, and a threat to society. like racists.

Gah, i tried to emphasize the low risk of legal charges by stating that it's a "seemingly empty" alley, but i should have stated it more explicitly.

If i was to kill every "stupid" and "racist" person I'd likely wipe 2/4 of the planet's population.
I am normally fairly easy to get along with, but there are a few things that can infuriate me to no end.
Senseless cruelty to innocents is one of them. It's one thing if those people were starving and hunted that dog for their own survival, but this is different.
