If they don't want to be in here, they don't belong here. The less people, the closer we can become, and the less people will want to leave. I joined in HR, and I've learned to really like you guys. I guess these other people didn't get that for them.

I agree with HiVoltage. I'd rather have members here that feel like family here, then ones who only stay because they have to.
