wannin , well excuse (the ****) me , but I actually have a need to make SENSE in my posts ... that's why I don't post in month old threads , why I don't spam and I don't post anywhere I don't have business posting.
Example : the art thread.I am not a good artist,nor am I especially good with image editing software.That is why I don't post there.Though I really like the things that our artists post there , posting things like "AWESOME" , "You guys are ze MASTERS" is not something I would do.I have great respect for them,but I don't express it in posts like that.Maybe if you actually visited the clan irc chat once in a while , you wouldn't be so quick to judge my (in)activity.
Ok enough of this ... I've said it before and I'll say it again . I do not care about the top member position.I already explained my reasoning for this in another thread.The search tool might be your tool for further enlightenment on this subject.

lordtiger DOES have a point there.
While he doesn't post much, it doesnt mean that he is not active in the clan.
He manages our IRC channel and is a loyal member, he can't do it all people .

And if anyone is going to be a top member, I think we all need to have a vote on it.
I personally disapprove of the top members issue, but my opinion is if it is going to stay, there should be AT LEAST 3. Because if one goes inactive, between the time of them becoming inactive and the time when we kick/replace them, all the responsibilities of the one who is inactive will be forced onto the shoulders of the other.
For example, if lordtiger were to go inactive (No offense meant), wiirus would have to manage a lot more than he would usually have to (Again, no offense meant).
Like wiirus would have to manage the IRC Channel

We dont really need a new hierarchy for the clan, just an....edited one.
It's not like its FAILING or anything, but we still need to fix some areas.

I agree with Ray though having top members "elected" by the people, persay.

The top members and leaders might have a private conference like once a week on the IRC chat room.

They would discuss problems and issues suggested by members and try to solve them there, and give the final verdict on the forums.
In that case, I think one we re-vamp the clan system, we can add another important thread maybe called"[Hunters] General Court"
There, members could issue complaints towards other members, like a court trial.
They'd express their opinion and give their story on forums, jury (leaders and top members) will make verdict on IRC chat, and then publish the verdict on the same thread.

but usually all our GMTs are different this will be hard
