I will explain this:

You make a texture in the .tga format. 128x128.
And call it trail_l_arm or trail_r_arm or trail_r_leg or trail_l_leg.

Then you take this file and put it in the custom folder of uke.

Toribash 3.8/custom/uke

Then you start toribash and uke has the trail then.

Then you take a screenshot and post it here.

Just out the picture in your or ukes custom folder and you'll see it.
Then take a screenshot.
