I`ve had C4D for 2-3 months but I only did basic things. I recently watched some tutorials and...this is the result :3

I don`t remember exactly how I did it but I remember that I made a cube, resized it, duplicated it 30 or 40 times(using the Duplicate function) and then I arranged the group of cubes to a spline(using the Arrange function) or something like this. I`ll try to do this again and tell you.

Also, with the GI option(used for HDRI lighting) on it takes like 3 hours to render 1 frame :| (damn my pc)

Oh, right, you actually duplicated it?
i tried using a cloner, have no idea what went wrong, but it wouldnt align to the spline D:
HDRI lighting is always nice, though when i get my new rig, ill be able to render it at a decent speed \o/
also, dont use GI when using HDRI, just use some AO, as it looks just fine (from previous experiences anyways )
You might know they suck, but we post them anyways, so people can see if we are improving, and help us improve
Looks awesome!

But i think you need to really get a clear idea in your head before hand, and plan it out. Looks like you are adding as you go, makes it a little unbalanced.

Its great to see you posting a what seems to be a finished image, background, materials, lighting, everything!

Do want moar n_n
When I see you, my heart goes DOKI⑨DOKI

attempt to integrate 3D in photo. fuckep up lighting, because flashlight from camera got into the mirror in front of it, and it caused additional shadows :o
used 3Ds Max + Vray renderer with HDRI map
