the heads quite nice, think you overdid the blurred under layer a bit much, specifically by the black hair, and the sideburns could be a bit longer, thought its quite an important feature when i look at the reference pic

the hairs nice and the eyes work for me aswell =)

i see a few features that you see in my stuff there aswell. blurred underlayer, hair shaped around ears, but actually having the ears
