What's "frame work"? The graphics card has to be of certain quality/has to have a minimum amount of memory, and it must support the grahics feature OpenGL 2, which is rarely used in games.

Its not a matter of google, its a matter of buying a new card, which fits in your motherboard, and sticking it in there.

There was a bit of a crash not long ago... over here, I could get a card better than the one I've already got for about £70, and my current one runs shaders fine. I've got a RADEON X800GT.
