There should be two co leaders, we will need all three moderator spaces taken to stop noobs who have only just joined from going "can i haz modzores?" And also three different timezones would be good because there will always be someone watching the clan board.

Hmmm, so make the decision...Two leaders and one co-ldr or one leader and two co-lrs
I would like to be me the leader and sid and coloo as co-ldrs....But I'll do what you like most...
Btw Roronoa, I don't really like ranks very much, but we'll see what we do...

Thats my vote.
And about the whole ranks thing...Not so much as ranks, but maybe give the clan members different jobs, you know?
Also, specify which of the CoLeaders does what. Don't just give them second in command. Give them each a responsibility.

I agree with you, but not for the same reasons, more mods can't filter noobs. And waiting some 5 hours to get something in the forums done is not that bad. I still agree with you either way.

Me as unique leader and sidieldani and coloo as co-ldrs...
