I can feel when people are talking about me....where ever, kind of strange. I can also sense when someone is sad, or happy, or what ever without them showing the slightest emotion.

sometimes i know when some one is about to walk by me or behind me i kinda get this ringing noise when there near louder it is the closer they are and the softer it is the farther way they are
I know what you mean. It's just that we aren't used to being stared at, and when we are, our bodies pick up on it I guess 0_o.

And this. There are no studies to show that feeling intent is possible, or anything about the stare thing. Often, your brain just picks up on faint clues that you aren't quite consciously aware of and reacts for you.
