The are different but currently this is not the issue. The issue is that gabiel claims that gleb didn't draw it.
Also as far as the psd file is concerned he worked on the psd file so if he has one it's probably the lastly done texture as he worked on the same psd, remaking the shapes, adding and tweaking layer styles for new textures wich I consider to be easier than saving multiple PSD files as they tend to be to many and may not have any use in the future. Just one is enough to save for future analizing.
Also for the record I am not flaming. I am politely forming arguments.

I know for a fact this is all one picture just manipulated to fit each body part. I just looked at it. It reminds me of a chinese dragon thing I think I've seen before or something from Samurai Jack.
It could have easily been some sort of fan art from deviantart and since it's all one picture that makes it even more likely. I like the set don't get me wrong, especially because he was able to vary the textures enough so that they don't look the same but I'm kind of suspicious.
