All I see in this thread is a clan member who's trying to protect his fellow clan member that insulted people, and then one person answered back.
If you had more stuff before this, then you should've just taken pictures of the full conversation, not some part where you can only see a tiny fragment of it.
Asking the person who was insulted doesn't really help. It's not solid proof.
Pictures, pictures. More pictures. Better pictures.

And these kind of stuff should be reported to a ToriAgent, GameKeeper or a Super Moderator instead of posting about it in Support.

Adding on, this stuff shouldn't even be reported, as no one will do anything about this. Harassment/racism is one thing, this is another.
