well you see, about three hours ago I fought with the ninja leader and the time I lost was because I went easy and did not fallow though with a counter toss;and even then, I just barely lost. He can balance ok, but still. if you ask me, he is at best on par with normal black belts. Pathetically weak for someone holding a leader slot. So yes, he is a lil kitten :3
