lol what happened?

Guys i might have to quit toribash for a while untill i learn how to get my files back. You see what happend was i was trying to instal 3.9 but failed miserably so now i have only one toribash file the 3.9 one and it doesnt work. It says"This application has failed to start because SDL.dll was not found. Re-installing the application my fix this problem".
I have no idea how to fix and i can't download the other versions i had.. So I might be gone for a while untill i get this sorted out...STAY BEASTY PEOPLE
