Well If you guys are trying to recruit more ppl, then I have an idea. We did this in [FA] *old clan*
OK we have a recruitment tourney.......3 levels
Level 1
Akido tourney
Level 2
Wushu tourney
Level 3
Random Mod
Who ever wins all 3 levels gets to be in [Cop], but for those who lose in the first level they can stay in the game until the next level and try to win the other levels.
If this idea is ever used just pm polaris2 for more info

To clear things out, mine is a structural plan,meaning it only decides to keep the recruitment open or gets closed.
MIMZ suggestion is a method on recruiting,and I think its complex,but anyhow a great Idea for more "filtered" recruitings
