Sorry, but I don't think anyone will try. We artists don't like to be paid pennies. Also, it is kind of complicated to remove the box on this particular picture because the area we do not need to get rid of is white.....

Craved fail at choosing the tone of the colour

Just add a alpha channel in gimp
Trace a circle and erase the outter part of the icon.
Save it.
And upload it as your avy and it will come out like mine.
