I think you should calm down Anes, your not the only one who does stuff for UNCE, Your not the only one who gives a shit.
If UNCE even faulters, I try to help right away.
VX saved this clan from dying from the start, at least from what Ive seen.
There are plenty other things othr people have done for UNCE, but i'm too lazy to go and quote them all.

Yeah JD you did help, i'm sorry i was in a really bad mood earlier from how Blam was like wtf do you even have power for on the forum and its obvious that i work for it. but i guess i'm gonna get 2 warnings for bringing it up.

I just think that some people that have power shouldnt have it and if they think they need it, then they need to prove it, because they arent doing much in my eyes.

before the climax of the Ane-Ash scuffle, I had this really neat idea of a recrution plan, to end our problems with un known recruiting.

Unfortunately enough two problems arose today on Toribash regarding potental members.

AssassinT who claims to have been O.K.'ed by Bezuker, and GM, had no other disccusion towards being an offical UNCE member. Beacuse we had no info, me and Ash were suspicious (if I spelled it right) about the matter. JD even said something about Assassin being a "Junior member" a whiler back when Assassin was being considered



Another case of a preety good player named Kyuubi, shows up asking to be in UNCE. I honestly reacted negitavley, beacuse that is just such an iformal means of getting in a clan, but I said if he showed me something, I would see what I could do, good a good word in or something. He won a couple, but Ash said no beacuse he wasnt a black belt.

Dont get me wrong Im cool with the current No Black, No Go policy. I dont mean to change that. Im just saying why cant we have recruits constantly in mind and in sync with UNCE.

Please just take a minute to look at my earlier Recrution Plan post. I think it will change the future of UNCE

AssassinT is not UNCE material, i have played with him, been in a clan with him, he is annoying,but this is all in my opinion. we need a better screening process for this clan because people have made it into this clan without the whole clan being aware and being able to put their input into the situation.
