The people in the clan seem nice, and the leaders seem good, with a structured clan set up.
I'm kind of hesitant because of your standards for accepting very new and inexperienced members into your clan. Is this because of a recent death/rebirth?

I also see you're putting stress on increased forum and irc activity. This practically negates my worries stated above. I am wondering if it is working. Will the new members really get into forum activity?

Will the new members know the commitment of an official clan, or will they be quick to leave, using prototype as a stepping stone?

Overall, an alliance will be good in my opinion, but I would like my questions answered.

Half of the members we meet are in-game, and they have a lot of common sense. Just because
they have a low post count, doesn't mean they are bad players. we recruit on the behalf of common sense, and the will to learn. With a little guidance half of them are posting in no time. I am putting increased stress into forum/irc because I do not want ProtoType to die. Most of our members do know the importance of an official clan, and most of them stay for months. The last time we have lost a member was because they had a recent death. If the members don't want to show understanding to how important a clan is, and what it means OR they want to show any disrespect to players, they will be talked to. if they do it again, they will be asked to leave.
