Anyhoo, I usually don't listen to anything when I play. Don't know why, I love music.

I hate ultra heavy music. It makes me want to puke. Seriously. I like some good nu-metal, techno rock, or indie.

I can't quite understand people listening to metal while playing Toribash, unless your playing strategy involves forcing random joints from one turn to the next. In truth, much of your time on Toribash is to be spent waiting for some reason or another. Something of a more medium level would be a better choice in my opinion, but if we're talking about mood, it would be great if one were to select a shader style and game mode that fits with the music you're playing, etc..

...perhaps, but that strikes me as at least somewhat dubious. While, as I have stated earlier in this thread, such excitement may create a sense of your mind being a little more cunning than usual, remember that Toribash isn't a reactions-based game, and is only partially a time-based one. All but the best players play by spontaneous trial and error - if your timer is getting low, you'll survive by luck regardless of your condition, rather than suddenly gaining inhuman powers of prediction.
