hi i've got one question ^^
it's so, when i go userCp to check my reps i see many reps wich are not green not red they are just gray...
what does that mean?

It's neutral. Means that the user hasn't chosen a good- or bad rep.

It could as well be that the person who repped you doesn't have any +rep or -rep.
He doesn't have enough points to rep you.

ah okay ^^

^^Say a person with bad rep +reps you. It wont affect your rep. The same rules apply for if a neutral person reps you.
