5 posts a day is way too much in my opinion

but the main problem is:
where can i find those guys, who want to join a clan and post alot
ive never seen such a guy before

Evad: I have canceled the war, because they are too bad organized
they didnt even know the GMT time, which you can see when you scroll down in forums

Let them come to you. The people who post a lot and want a clan are the ones that apply. How would anyone get good members if that would not be the case? ;) Or you could invite people (Not recommended for you yet.) It would be better if you were still a bit more new. You could recruit a average skilled guy in-game, tell him about your forum, and make him post. Tell him the standards are high (even if they aren't) to be in your clan. They'll try harder to exceed your expectations, and Wha-la, active member! Take them at max 2 though. 1 would be hard enough. (From experience)

I just used 5 as an example. Really though, five isn't too much >.> Lol Just set a standard. If they abide, they become active. Exercise your clan! ;)
omg its hard to understand this
and please just explain how to get active members

Active members:

Let THEM apply. They'll find your clan if you have a good DSC, which you should.

Or you can go in-game, find a decently skilled person WITHOUT a clan, and invite them in-game. If it's yes, lat down your rules and requirements. Tell them you have high expectations. Tell them they'll be kicked if they do not reach a certain point in experience. They'll become active and grow with the clan instead of already being active. It's good at getting members, but will take time to train them.
Exactly, clan wars are usually unattainable if members live across the land.
Look at the Hack clan they have a special requirement that only Russians would join their clan and that's why their clan wars are successful.

I think organizing clan wars, isn't such a good idea for our starting clan, don't you think so bigDaniel?
yea but russia has many timezones
i found a website with a timzone map
