When will Tornamants Restart?
This is bugging me so yeah :P Is it a glitch or something?

No, tournaments always stop, then come back. The amount of toricredits "overflows", causing inflation, and so they stop the tournaments until the economy evens out. Just have patience and they will be back soon.
