No. There's no definite date regarding when the torishop will be back. It is being fixed/recoded at the moment. If there was a planned time, you would probably know about it, and it would say so in the torishop so people like you don't post things like this. Also, posting things like this tend to get moderators angry, so please try to refrain from posting things like this. The last time that the transfering section of the torishop had to be fixed, it took 3 days. Also, this was posted in the wrong board.
