I've already said that sometime ago, and i'm gonna state it again, we can't just wait for people to come and apply, we've got to go and lure them to us, otherwise we'll just get multi-applying qi-buying newfags. Also we should INFORCE at the first post that if you post an effortless application, you'll get trolled off you ass. I think we should set some people who are more ingame based as recruiters, or maybe even make a recruitment thread at that board, our position as one of the top 10 clans should make us some nice propaganda, but let's be careful to not lower our average stats too much by doing so.
