You can improve your judo everywhere."Dunno" is not an answer I normally accept.
You're still in Bleu , which makes in impossible for you to join.Also,second dan is not a forum activity level.You have 5 posts,which tells me you're not active on the forums.You haven't uploaded replays,so I can't judge your skills in the game(I doubt I'll be impressed,anyway).From me,it's a definite no.Good luck.
