As people have said, go to http://www.on.toribash.com and set up your own address. After that, refer people to http://www.nimers.on.toribash.com. This will give you 30tc for each unique IP that enters, as well as referrals if they register.

Feel free to use it, but it won't have any effect on your TC level or referrals. http://www.nimers.on.toribash.com will, though.
