madmen, but it does depend on the actual decap/madman.
decaps are too plain for me. I just can't rip enough fun out of one simple dm.
but if you had listed splits and shatterhits (when (at least seemably) one hit inflicts many DM's), I would have chosen them in the respective order.
the above because they're both artistic and technical, and (especially for shatterhits) brutal.
i also tend to like high velocity kicks to slower, no matter how powerful ones. punches also rank above all kicks for the save achievement (a splitpunch is in mosty cases cooler than a splitkick).
combos (partial madmans) are cool too, for they can start with a decap and progress to a madman or split, and feature both kicks and punches.
