I wasn't even aiming for water look... It's jsut that i used the liquify tool in photoshop.

How do people make these heads so... fluid looking because my heads look rather staggy

Mhmm, i think that's somehow Wancorne style ...
anyway the back of the head is pretty empty the visor is too wide and it's too tiny ...
please add some non-liquify details ;)

I left the back empty on purpose. I don't really think that the back should be as detailed as the front.
