Thought I would post something I think is cool(:
Okay, my friend told me about this training, you go into free play, and then into game rules, and set;
Matchframes:2000
Turnframes:25
Turn off dismemberment
Turn on disqualification
Engagedistance:500
gravity: -30
Turn on sumo
And you try and not touch the ground for the entire match. You have to stay completed relaxed, and can only be moving a maxium of 5 joints at once. Tell me what you guys think(:
In my replay, some frames I moved 6 or 7 :/
