Nothing, like turning a computer off. What happens after, nothing.

Reincarnation on the other hand would be nice. Like to be a cat or something.
Ok, imma say this in a logical way. I wasnt aware that any of you have died before. You can't tell us for sure if there is a god, or even an afterlife for that matter. Pretending like you know is selfish and ignorant.

I don't know about you guys, but I have been dead before, so I have personal knowledge of what "happens" when you are dead.
I was dead (read: not alive) prior to my mother becoming pregnant with me. I was not alive before trillions of atoms were extracted from food and were eventually arranged into the self-sustaining system. That system would would grow, learn, introspect, and eventually write this post. Eventually that system will break and release it's atoms and energy into the environment.

Fun fact: on average, you have 20 billion atoms in your body that once were a part of Shakespeare's body.

Yeah, I believe it's just... nothing.
Humans have the constant need for seeking an answer for everything, even what is impossible for them to know. We'll never tell what happens after we die, before we die. And when you do, you can't get back and tell the others. And that's exactly because nothing else happens, our body becomes a pile of decomposable tissues and organs as we've ever been. We just haven't been decomposed before because while alive our body defenses are active. Dead we are just that. Our brain simply shuts down and there is nothing after that.

That's the logical way of thinking, but apart from that we can think whatever we want about an after life, such as going to heaven or hell.
If I want to believe that I'll go live in a magical land of cookies close to a strawberry river with chocolate trees, it's as valid as anything else we might come up with. We believe in what we want to believe, and it's impossible to discover the actual truth...
Roses are orange, violets are green, I am colorblind and can't rhyme.
I kind of believe the afterlife. but with a difference. I believe theres a 'universal mind' that is like an ocean. It is the soul of the earth. When you are born, a droplet of that ocean becomes part of you. when you die, the droplet returns to the ocean.

Kind of similar to the base concept of shamanism. Its what people around the world believed for thousands of years before man-made invented religions took over.

I know all this becuase some mushroom pixies told me in a dream.

This is the never-ending debate (whether you want it to be or not) because there are so many different beliefs and codes out there to follow.

On record, there's never actually been anyone who's died, stayed dead for a while, then to come back.
BAD LUCK
