Okay so. I've been really busy with work and school and illness and whatnot. For this reason I think I might step down as leader of Sigma for a bit and have the recruitment deciding by some people in Pandora's Box who all vote on equal footing. Thoughts?

Also: Pandora's Box access is not determined by time in Sigma, rather by contribution.

Sounds reasonable phail
Here's an idea:
We start a new thread dedicated to picking three "deciders" or something.
Everyone votes for three people, based on activity, credibility, and accountability, then after a set amount of time, we tally up those votes and put them in charge of casting the final vote.
Also, open Pandora's Box to our veterans for open discussion and possible reasoning for applicants.
