So I think that there should be members that have access to the Council account, and those members will be called like "Bank Users" or something. Also the Council account should be moderator if we ever do get official.

I like that idea actually.

After some thought, I've decided that we may do this. However, there will be a proportionate amount of bank users, to total members. So, if we've only got a few, not many spots will be open. Shen will be the bank leader, and will choose all users for it. So, if you want a chance to be a user, get more members.

So guys. We're not doing well at all right now, and we're not getting any better. No one wants to join us, and we're not getting anymore active. This just isn't working out as planned. Matheus from [one] was talking with me on IRC today, about merging with them. Meaning, our members went to their DSC, and were pretty much with them. He offered me a co-leader spot, so you'd still be partially led by me. I won't do this without you're full cooperation, and if you don't want to, we'll comtinue to try, but right now this effort seems futile.
