I watched only some of first episodes but i think i will watch it!!

i think the story is of a goofy guy lufy who have superhuman strength.

All of the anime in the first post have been English dubbed and are quite popularly broadcast outside of Japan (not sure about Black Cat, but I know the others are).
I think OP's point was that he had seen these shows on tv and wanted to find some more he could watch.

Unfortunately I find that some of the better anime only have around 12 episodes

Also, one of my favourites which isn't only 12 episodes long and isn't as generic is Gintama ("Silver Soul").
It's mostly comedy, but during story arcs it has a few more serious action episodes.
Used to be broadcast alongside Bleach back in its infant years.

Also if you want to get into the weirder comedy anime out there, I suggest these:

I'm calling bullshit. There is no way you watch loads of anime when you have those as your favorites. Have you even seen anything that hasn't been dubbed?

Both are anime.
Usually you can tell because of the big eyes, small mouths, and the added attention to detail compared to most western cartoons.
