It's not just any old stretching.
There are two types of stretches.
[/B]Dynamic[/B]andstatic

Dynamic stretches include all exercises that involve movement. These increase you sport performance by 20% and decrease the chance of getting injured.
Static streches, include thing like touch your toes basically thing that require holding for a while. These are for warm downs and if used to warm up you have more chance of getting a injury and they decrease sport peformance by 20 percent.
Man i just eat 6 meals a day ( 3 course , and very heathly ) , strength training in the mornings . Usualy a tall frothy glass of milk after a workout . There is realy no need for protien shakes or suplements , as a boxer i know .

If your a thinner guy like i use to be than you need to have a long rest period for the muscles that you have used that day ,2 days . So if you have a high matablizm ( how ever you spell it ) and you work the same muscles every day , you will accualy lose muscle dramaticly and no gain since we burn calories alot faster then most . So NO fast food , ONLY good healthy food. Plus fast food isnt realy considered food because its all prossesed crap .

Now 4% body fat and all that is man thanks to my trainer lol Also skinny guys are able to become more ripped than normal guys , so be proud to be skinny .

Most body builders use protein shakes and the six times a day thing is also brilliant. It speeds up you metabolism.


Here are some tips on eating too much.


In order to not eat to much try and drink water with all meals it fuels you up faster oh and eat salad with most meals.




Tip on working out:
Always drink water with your exercises so you don't dehydrate I can't really remember the reason why but I think it's got to do with your blood needing do be enriched other wise your muscles wont grow and their will be no point in you exercising.
Another tip is when your exercising always breath, one of my dads clients were doing a excersise but were holding their breath and they popped a vain in their eyes.
