lol i have an auto spell thing sumtimes it gets muddled
he is simply called master franko i dont no his last name he used to be in the army, he a distance relative and only just started tho so yeh. We met carlson gracie once but he only talked to us he didnt teach he is coming to teach a few times thru the year tho so thats kool.
we are doing self defense atm
but yeh ive always loved the gracies since ufc 1

Brazilian jiu jitsu is self defence overall, there is no program named self defence.
