I can job a couple miles, but I can't run a mile without stopping, when I sprint I get tired out fast. I went to the gym made it close to a mile .9
I jog at least 1-2 miles withing 5-7 minutes everyday (weekdays not weeknds) for wrestling practice. I'm on a program, and I think i'll quit but yes I can run without stopping. I have also been in a 5k and I was bumped up into the 16-19 age group (this was when I was 15) and I won that division and got a prize and trophy and stuff. (:

You'd be good to keep a steady 12 or so km/h whilst running. You'll fuck yourself up if you try any faster than that for a longer amount of time.

I've done 16 km/h in one hour. Your legs feel weird but nothing serious.

[19:12] <&MrManiac> I kept pooping in my pants
I totally just did it

Ran an entire (a little more than) a mile. I hit the one mile marker at 8 minutes 26 seconds.
I'm fucking stoked man \o/

Also, I find that I'd much rather drink a half bottle of water, then pour the rest in ice than drink a soda or something. Getting healthy is motivational in itself.
Thanks.
Just for the record. I can run a mile in 4 : 37. Which believe it or not isn't all that impressive for a highschool level. (its varsity but you will not qualify for state)

To actually get to state you have to run a 4 : 20 mile or greater. (haha 420)

Also, I'm 6''0 140lbs
