Your one of the few to get the application right. Hang around our forum and server(when its running) and get your post count up to 100 hundred. Then if you know enough of VorteX's members you'll be considered and tested.

It is true. He should read what was said to him. He was in the unfortunate position of applying before the 100 post rule came in. but that doesn't matter anymore.

Being that this was his 4th application shows that he wants in.
I think he should get 1 last chance. If he applies again before he has a 100 post count he is rejected forever.
