I have been sitting back and watching as people from our clan reject our allies applicants because they don't meet our requirements. not only that but it goes so far as to insult or degrade the applicants because of their abilities.

I personally think this is too harsh of a way to treat current and future applicants and for one if our allies vouch for someone they should at minimum be tested.

we need to revise our application thread and make a new list of testers and times/days of the week that they are on

Anyone out of the requirement needs to be tested and has to pass. I think its being to easy to just half ass a test and say your in. Bottom line should be anyone who we deem worthy to be tested needs to pass the test if they arent meeting the requirements for in game abilities.

Also for forums we need to set rules. If someone has a low post count or forum activity rate then they need requirements if they make it in the clan. I'd say atleast a post a day, but that could also go for current members aswell.
