I say yes, think parent should get a better knowledge of the internet and install proper security to protect their kids.

if an kid cant protect itself for somthing easy to avoid,then....that kid is not worth to use an computer

Kids have just the right amount of freedom as it is. When I was about 10, I used the computer all the time, no restrictions. Look at me now, five years later, picture perfect
