at first try if you can detect a virus.
After that you go to: 'Start>execute (in the right half under 'Search')>type in 'msconfig' and then disable all programms that start with Windows (you dont rly need them anyway).

After that restart your pc and try again, if the problem still exists tell me about that ;)

Well, thanks for those who tried to help but the problem wont solve by those solutions.
I've decided to reformat it and it found out that it my PC had many virus.
So, problem solved.
