America may be predominantly Christian, but they don't stone gay people. The fact that they allow freedom of religion says enough.
The fact of the matter is that people shouldn't be allowed to slander other people in such a crude way, or else it could influence those without common sense to act upon this radicalism.
The bible doesn't say to stone gay people.
Go to the south and tell them you are a Muslim, or that you don't believe in God. 'Freedom of Religion' is just a phrase Americans use to pretend they aren't a religious nation, but unfortunately it is just words.
This law does not deal with slander, crude or otherwise.
The crux of the mater is that Americans are Christian supremacists and their corrupt society is poisonous, and apparently this has lead to some ridiculous laws. If the law can't stop the corruption, then I don't know what will. But it is obvious from the percentage of Americans incarcerated in the prison system that law is the least of the citizens' concerns.
