Make a list of things you do or would like to do other than Toribash. Attach it above your computer. Set a timer. Get family to remind you to do other things. Take up something that involves a bit of time and effort that takes focus away from Tb. Be strong mentally and be able to will yourself to stop and do something else.
Try to stand out in your town in your own way like being a martial arts pro or being a great image artist in both digital and hand drawn.
