You shouldn't, just save your created texture to the tori folder ("C:>Games>Toribash-XX>Custom>Tori") save to

head.tga
l_bicep.tga
r_bicep.tga
l_tricep.tga
r_tricep.tga
etc

Just open your game then /lp 0 tori then you preview it.
