heres my thought the 4 red x's on the right side with the rules hlmaster mentioned.

Then on the left hand side there will be 3 blue x's each person must post once daily or you will get 1 blue x and 3 blue x's = 1 red x then after you get 1 red x from the 3 blue ones it restarts. --- once again just a mere idea ;)

Feb, the blue x thing is a good idea but it should be slightly reversed. for every good post(good meaning it contributes to a conversation well), the person gets a blue x next to their name. if they dont have three or four in a week, they get an x. because there will be some days where people cant post and that doesnt merit risking their spot in the clan.
