Full daedric ( shield too) + 90 heavy armor rating with all the perks. I didn't spend all my levels on health tho, otherwise I would have had around 600-700 hp or more too
actually, if you invested 100% in health at level 60, as I experimented a few days ago, you end up with roughly 700

also, level cap is on the 60s due to running out of skills

That happens at level 80 according to IGN if I recall correctly.

I know in oblivion the level cap depended on your starting character, but I assume that was changed in skyrim?
