I just got a new head to replace my old one...
I can see the new head on my character, but when I play MP the other ppl only see the old head??

It's a known problem, and I'm pretty sure the only way to fix it is to have the other people delete the old head...

You gotta have hampa replace the old head in toriupdate, and even then it'll only really become effective after the next real update.
This isn't really a bug as such, and in order to sort it, you'll probably have to use the IRC.
