I wasn't trying to farm =( i was just trying to start the tourney for me and Random =( sorry for breaking the rules i didn't realize i was, i take full responsibility for this.

Your underlying notion for farming doesn't matter.
The fact that you did, does.

Do i get a warning for this kind of thing? or is it an instant ban? and if it is a ban do i get to keep my tc and Items?

like for another character?

Part of that would be up to the Gamemaster.

And no, you would not be able to keep your TC or items.
If you would be able to, what's the whole point of the ban?
