^Naw that was people faking a registration key to get a plus by their names. This is probably just some x-mas prank by the admins give it a few days before you worry about it.

Edit: Actually just did a quick google search of the site using "shameful member" seems all the other members with that title are from that list of old-schooler wannabes.
