I don't think our(Normal members) NOs and YESs contributes whether the applicant enters or not. Just saying.

As far as I know, every member's opinion counts. For example some member may have played with a certain applicant before, and therefore can provide a more objective/detailed opinion. He/she can also post replays which prove the level of skill of the applicant. Or if the leaders say yes to a dude and a member has proof that said dude is a douche, he/she can post that and influence the leaders' opinions that way.

But if at least one of the leaders gives a definite no to someone, he won't be accepted unless that leader changes his/her opinion. Even if the other leader gives a yes, it won't make a difference in that case. That is to avoid conflict in the clan, since there is little point if one leader favors a dude and the other leader has an intense dislike for him. At least that is the way it has been for as long as I can remember, and I've been here a long time.

Yeah. Your second paragraph is exactly my point but it rarely happens. So you're saying if the leader hates the guy and says an intense NO to him then the other leader and all the other members' votes won't count? I mean... it would be kinda unfair. Anyways, no need to answer my question, you have been here longer than me. I have yet to see how things go in a clan with two leaders. and this is my first clan

Yeah, it mind seem kinda unfair. But the whole point of having leaders is to have people who have more influence on the clan's affairs. And it's not like leaders can't retire or be replaced(this has been proven in the past with numerous new leader polls/threads). If any member feels that there is need for a change, he/she can create such a poll. In that poll every member's votes are equal and those with the highest number of votes get elected.

I don't see how it would be a problem, since our leaders are intelligent people and I can't see them giving a "No" to somebody without a proper reason. If you have an example, I would like to see it

if the scenario you mentioned would happen, which is unlikely, I am almost sure that the guy applying wouldn't get instantly rejected, more of properly checked (infractions, multi accounts etc.) and played with until the both leaders say yes/no.

That's about it.. of course it wouldnt work but.. yahh
